- What Product can I get from the crate?
- Product in the Carde Crate is a combination of your favorite classic games and a curated collection of products from our partners! Timeless classic games include Pokemon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Lorcana, Weiss Schwarz + More. Some of our curated collection from partners include Universus, Sorcery, Rise TCG, Alpha Clash, Kryptik, Akora, MetaZoo and over 10 games.

- How do you value the product?
- Product is valued at Market Price (generally TCGPlayer, Ebay, other marketplaces). This is calculated the month prior to shipping (when crate is live for purchase).
- Can I refund or return my crate?
- We do not offer refunds for subscription boxes already shipped or in the process of being shipped. Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled, and the subscription fee for that cycle is non-refundable. We do not accept returns for subscription boxes, individual products, or items included in the subscription. All sales are final.
- What happens if my product is damaged or defective?
- In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your subscription box. We may require photos or additional information to assess the issue. We reserve the right to determine the appropriate solution, which may include a replacement item or a partial refund.
- What happens if my address changes?
- It is the subscriber's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect or outdated address. Address changes must be made before the billing date for the upcoming subscription cycle.
